La presente investigación se enfocó en analizar las estrategias de enseñanza para la inclusión educativa en el nivel preescolar en la Institución Ernesto Parodi Fon seca en La Guajira, en cumplimiento de la línea de investigación del programa de licenciatura de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de La Guajira en calidad educativa. La investigación utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y técnicas e instrumentos para recopilar información sobre los factores que interactúan en un ambiente mul tifactorial. Los resultados indicaron que la institución enfrenta serios retos en la atención integral y eficiente de los estudiantes discapacitados debido a la falta de docentes capacitados y recursos económicos disponibles. Esto requiere acciones inmediatas para garantizar la inclusión educativa como un derecho impostergable desde un enfoque diferencial.

The present investigation framed in the educational field and supported by the research alienation of the undergraduate program of the Faculty of Education of the University of La Guajira indicated as educational quality, dealt expeditiously with analyzing teaching strategies for attention of minors included in the preschool level El Carmen Campus Ernesto Parodi Fonseca Institution La Guajira. In order to investigate how the integration of disabled minors is being developed since Decree 1421 of August 2017, because of this, some research purposes were formulated that gave direction to the implementation of a methodological framework that was based on a qualitative approach with the support of techniques and instruments were in charge of collecting classified information of the factors that interact in a multifactorial environment, this allowed some results to be obtained, among which it stands out that the educational center faces serious challenges in view of the fact that it does not have trained teachers , economic and available resources for the integral and efficient attention of the students that are included in the pres chool level and in general in all educational centers. Situation that demands that actions be carried out leading to achieving this end as an urgent right for attention from a differential approach
