Análisis financiero y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones en la IPS Comfaguajira en el Distrito Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha

Abstract

El estudio tiene como propósito realizar un análisis financiero y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones para proponer estrategias en la IPS Comfaguajira en el distrito turístico y cultural de Riohacha. Para resolver el problema de investigación, se aplicaron las herramientas financieras necesarias para el análisis de los resultados, por lo tanto, se abordó bajo el enfoque mixto, tipología descriptiva y diseño de campo. Como instrumento se aplicó el cuestionario a los directivos de la IPS, además se realizó un análisis de los estados financieros de 2018-2019. Como principales resultados se encontraron varias deficiencias en la planeación y desarrollo de los procesos de planificación financiera, aun cuando muchos de los ratios y métricas fueron favorables en una medida muy pequeña de un periodo a otro, por lo cual se sugiere algunos cambios en el área de finanzas de la IPS. Como conclusiones principales, se destaca que solo las medidas financieras no funcionan, requiere un esfuerzo conjunto todos los actores involucrados en el área financiera para trabajar en equipo en la mejora continua.

The purpose of the study is to carry out a financial analysis and its impact on decision-making to propose strategies in the IPS Comfaguajira in the tourist and cultural district of Riohacha. To solve the research problem, the financial tools necessary for the analysis of the results were applied, therefore, it was approached under the mixed approach, descriptive typology and field design. As an instrument, the questionnaire was applied to IPS executives, and an analysis of the financial statements for 2018-2019 was also carried out. As main results, several deficiencies were found in the planning and development of financial planning processes, even though many of the ratios and metrics were favorable to a very small extent from one period to another, which is why some changes in the area are suggested. of finances of the IPS. As main conclusions, it is highlighted that only financial measures do not work, it requires a joint effort by all the actors involved in the financial area to work as a team in continuous improvement.
