Cambios y transformaciones en la familia tradicional y surgimiento de nuevas tipologías en el Distrito Especial, Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha.

Abstract

Categorizar a la familia, resulta complejo puesto que implica determinar tanto sus componentes como sus funciones, identificar las dinámicas familiares y los roles que cada integrante desempeña, los cuales están relacionados con la funcionalidad y el propio impacto que éstos tienen sobre cada uno de los miembros. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los cambios y transformaciones de la familia tradicional en relación al surgimiento de nuevas tipologías en el distrito especial, turístico y cultural de Riohacha, a través de una investigación cualitativa fenomenológica con la técnica de la observación participante y la encuesta. Los resultados muestran que las nuevas tipologías de familia no predominan, si no por el contrario estas emergen cada día más, pero subyacen por debajo de la familia tradicional extensa que en el distrito específicamente por la cultura de la región en donde ancestralmente las familias han sido numerosas y bajo un mismo hogar cohabitan múltiples personas unidas o no consanguíneamente. Se concluye que, en la familia se deben asumir los roles de manera explícita y lo que más afecta a su funcionamiento es la poca relación afectiva y los estilos de vida propios de la cultura matriarcal de la región, se evidencia la imperativa necesidad de una categorización de las nuevas familias que de a poco surgen en el distrito, para saber identificarlas, conocerlas y compartir con el resto de la sociedad su organización y funciones que seguramente se adaptan a la dinámica cambiante y evolutiva de la vida diaria y la sociedad demandante.

Categorizing the family is complex since it implies determining both its components and its functions, identifying the family dynamics and the roles that each member plays, which are related to the functionality and the impact that these have on each of the members. The objective of this work is to analyze the changes and transformations of the traditional family in relation to the emergence of new typologies in the special, tourist and cultural district of Riohacha, through phenomenological qualitative research with the technique of participant observation and survey. The results show that the new family typologies do not predominate, if not on the contrary these emerge more and more every day, but they underlie below the traditional extended family that in the district specifically due to the culture of the region where families have been ancestrally. numerous and under the same household multiple people cohabit united or not consanguineous. It is concluded that, in the family, roles must be assumed explicitly and what most affects its functioning is the little affective relationship and the lifestyles of the matriarchal culture of the region, the imperative need for a categorization is evident. of the new families that little by little arise in the district, to know how to identify them, get to know them and share with the rest of society their organization and functions that surely adapt to the changing and evolving dynamics of daily life and the demanding society.
