La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar el comportamiento organizacional en la toma de decisiones de la gerencia en la clínica CEDES del Distrito Especial Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha, La Guajira. Se sostuvo con autores en el área de gestión del talento humano, tales como: Robbins y Judge (2019), Koontz et al. (2017), Robbins y Coulter (2018), Benavides (2016), entre otros. La metodología utilizada durante la investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño de campo. La población estuvo conformada por 12 sujetos de la gerencia en la clínica CEDES del Distrito Especial, Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha, La Guajira., para la recolección de datos se utilizó un cuestionario conformado por treinta y seis (36) preguntas de escala tipo Likert, el cual fue validado por cinco (5) expertos y la confiabilidad determinada por el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach con un valor de 0,90. En relación a los resultados obtenidos, se concluyó entre los miembros se presentan habilidades para negociar al momento de generarse diferencias, siempre con una actitud positiva, surgen situaciones fuera de la cotidianidad presentando la pericia y conocimientos necesarios para solucionarlos, asimismo, se realiza seguimiento a las causas de conflicto en el puesto del trabajo en miras de no afectar el desempeño de los individuos en la clínica, sin comprometer la productividad, ni obstaculizando el logro de los objetivos propuestos. Asimismo, toman muy en cuenta todos los factores provenientes del entorno, seleccionan la alternativa que presente la sumatoria más elevada, existe un apoyo de los miembros de la organización con relación a la decisión seleccionada por la gerencia, llevando cabo un control de la decisión tomada y el resultado deseado.

The main objective of this research was to analyze the organizational behavior in the decision-making process of the management in the CEDES clinic of the Special Tourist and Cultural District of Riohacha, La Guajira. It was supported by authors in the area of human talent management, such as: Robbins and Judge (2019), Koontz et al. (2017), Robbins and Coulter (2018), Benavides (2016), among others. The methodology used during the investigation was descriptive, with a field design. The population consisted of 12 management subjects in the CEDES clinic of the Special Tourist and Cultural District of Riohacha, La Guajira., For the data collection, a questionnaire consisting of thirty-six (36) Likert-scale questions was used, which was validated by five (5) experts and the reliability determined by the Cronbach Alpha coefficient with a value of 0.90. In relation to the results obtained, it was concluded among the members that there are skills to negotiate at the moment of generating differences, always with a positive attitude, situations arise out of everyday life presenting the expertise and knowledge necessary to solve them, also, monitoring is carried out the causes of conflict in the job position in order not to affect the performance of individuals in the clinic, without compromising productivity, or hindering the achievement of the proposed objectives. Likewise, they take into account all the factors coming from the environment, they select the alternative that presents the highest sum, there is support from the members of the organization in relation to the decision selected by management, carrying out a control of the decision taken and the desired result
