    Child Sexual abuse is aggravated by the implications of the secrecy that surrounds it and that silences the words from the memory of the same individual. This secret is especially recurrent when the sexual abuse is intrafamily, it explains many of the difficulties in the care and intervention of children whose cases when they reach the justice sector frequently remain in impunity. Starting from this reality, the presentation of the study called: psycho-affective intervention as a generator of preventive elements of child sexual abuse in the special, tourist and cultural district of Riohacha is made, it has a sense of attention from social perspectives looking for answers from a psychology who knows how to interpret unspoken words. Throughout the development of the research, the authors were used as theoretical elements: Castañeda (2018), Chow (2017), Arellano (2018), Díaz, Barriga and Hernández (2017). Child Sexual Abuse is conduct considered a crime by international criminal law, also in Colombia under articles 208 and 209 of the penal code. The traces of this crime are normally not physical but psychological, therefore a qualitative methodological approach has been chosen based on the arguments of Ruiz and Mora (2016). And as an analysis strategy, the grounded, generative theory is presented in the sense that through a qualitative process, theoretical propositions are configured based on the contrast between the starting principles and the empirical data; assumptions that converge with the investigative purposes. Concluding that this psycho-affective intervention as a generator of preventive elements of child sexual abuse can be useful to avoid this situation.
