Actualmente existe poca valoración de los servicios ecosistémicos que prestan los recursos naturales. La sobreexplotación, el mal uso de los recursos y las acciones negativas contra la biodiversidad, son algunos factores que amenazan los servicios ecosistémicos ofrecidos en la desembocadura del Río Jerez, en el municipio de Dibulla. De este modo se analizó la gestión de los servicios ecosistémicos y el impacto que genera. De forma específica se establecieron cinco objetivos: primero, identificar los servicios existentes; segundo, diagnosticar el estado de los servicios ecosistémicos; tercero, establecer un marco de referencia sobre la gestión sostenible de los servicios ecosistémicos con una revisión documental; cuarto, realizar vigilancia tecnológica para conocer las acciones que se realizan nacional e internacionalmente en la gestión sostenible de los servicios ecosistémicos; y quinto, proponer lineamientos estratégicos para la Gestión Sostenible de los servicios. La base teórica se sustentó con los autores: Cardona, 2011; Castañeda, 2013; Caro y Torres, 2015; y Colciencias, 2018. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque mixto, de Tipo Exploratorio y Descriptivo, con diseño de tipo no experimental, transeccional y de campo. La población de estudio se focalizó en trabajadores y/o propietarios de los establecimientos que hacen uso de los servicios ecosistémicos y personas que viven en el sector. Se utilizaron técnicas de observación directa y cuestionarios con respuestas en escala de Likert. Se espera solucionar los inconvenientes que presenta la comunidad, aportándoles conocimientos para que puedan explotar los servicios de forma sostenible, con un manejo adecuado y tratamiento oportuno de los recursos, evitando la extinción y obteniendo beneficios naturales y económicos.This research project focuses on the conservation of the environment and natural resources reflected in the provision of ecosystem services that lends the same nature and how to make the best use of them through innovation, for the benefit of it community, which will be reflected in the best provision of the services offered. The problem lies in the low value given to ecosystem services that provide natural resources, which can affect the welfare of the community, due to several factors, such as overexploitation, misuse of the same resources, negative actions to biodiversity, and other factors that threaten ecosystem services offered at the mouth of the Jerez River, punctually in the municipality of Dibulla. As a general objective, the sustainable management of the ecosystem services offered was analyzed, in such a way that it could generate impact in the whole community that benefits from them, having as a first specific objective to identify which are the existing services, as a second objective, diagnose the state of ecosystem services, as a third objective, a reference framework was established on the sustainable management of ecosystem services based on a documentary review, as a fourth objective, technological surveillance was carried out to know the actions that are being carried out at the national and international level in the sustainable management of ecosystem services and finally as the fifth objective, strategic guidelines for the Sustainable Management of ecosystem services were proposed. The theoretical bases are supported by the following authors: (Cardona,2011), (Castañeda, 2013), (Caro y Torres, 2015) y Colciencias (2018). The present investigation has a mixed, Exploratory and Descriptive approach, with a non-experimental, transactional and field design. The population under study is the workers and / or owners of the establishments, which make direct use of ecosystem services and people living in the same space and others related to the activity. In this research, direct observation techniques and questionnaires were used with answers on a Likert scale to know the degree of compliance of the respondent. Therefore, it is expected to solve the problems presented by the community, providing them with clear knowledge based on this research project so that they can exploit the services in a sustainable manner, taking into account the appropriate management and timely treatment they must give to these resources, to avoid its extinction and to obtain both natural and economic benefits.Introducción Sección I .
