En cuanto al método la investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo interpretativo, enmarcado en el método etnográfico, en su versión historia de vida, por cuanto permitió a los investigadores interpretar el relato de los sujetos entrevistados la información se obtuvo mediante entrevistas a profundidad a tres (3) informantes claves, en este caso familias de los privados de libertad del centro penitenciario y carcelario de mediana seguridad del distrito especial turístico y cultural de Riohacha. La fiabilidad de dicha población es relativa, al igual se aplicó la técnica de análisis metodología cualitativa de la triangulación. Se concluye en cuanto al objetivo general que los miembros de la familia se soportan en la figura materna, asimismo, las dinámicas que traen al hogar el tener una persona privada de libertad modifican los roles de la familia, la toma de decisiones y la adaptación vivida, donde, el interno no apoya económicamente a la familia representando una afectación económica y dificultad para satisfacer las necesidades globales.The study that is deployed has the general purpose of determining the impact of tertiary victimization on the families of those deprived of liberty in the penitentiary and medium-security prison of the special tourist and cultural district of Riohacha, La Guajira. Regarding the method, the research has a qualitative approach, of an interpretive type, framed in the biographical method, in its life history version, since it allowed the researchers to interpret the story of the interviewed subjects, the information was obtained through in-depth interviews with three (3) key informants, in this case families of those deprived of liberty in the penitentiary center and medium security prison of the special tourist and cultural district of Riohacha. The reliability of this population is relative, just as the qualitative methodology analysis technique of triangulation was applied. It is concluded regarding the general objective that the members of the family are supported by the mother figure, likewise, the dynamics that having a person deprived of liberty bring to the home modify the roles of the family, the decision-making and the adaptation lived, where the inmate does not financially support the family, representing an economic impact and difficulty in meeting global needs.Resumen Abstract INTRODUCCIÓN 1.
