Amaya López, Nicolás TolentinoNieves Vega, Alidis María2023-04-122023-04-122022https://repositoryinst.uniguajira.edu.co/handle/uniguajira/642Incluye listas de cuadros, tablas, gráficosEste trabajo investigativo destaca la importancia plantear una evolución frente a la deserción escolar, en condiciones de pandemia por el COVID -19, en la Institución Educativa N°15, de Maicao, La Guajira, periodo 2020-2021, con la identificación del grado de deserción escolar, analizando el impacto educativo, determinando claramente las condiciones socioculturales, para finalmente proponer unas estrategias educativas y sociales mediante un enfoque mixto, es decir cualitativo y cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva, con diseño no experimental, estudio de casos, de campo, transaccional, mediante un número de estudiantes, padres y docentes a través de la cual se estimaron y analizaron la información recolectada por medio de la técnica encuesta de un instrumento llamado cuestionario de 23 ítems para los estudiantes, un cuestionario de 24 ítems para los padres y una entrevista de 18 ítems semiestructurada para los docentes. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se evidenció que existen numerosas falencias en relación a los indicadores de la influencia de la relación familiar, las situaciones académicas, expectativas educativas e impacto educativo, generando molestias entre directiva, padres, docentes y estudiantes, sanciones a los docentes, fallas en las capacitaciones de padres y estudiantes en relación al mundo virtual por parte de los docentes, bajo desempeño escolar, desmotivación al alumnado, desequilibrio en la organización y planificación de las actividades virtuales y posibles deserción escolar, concluyendo que las condiciones de la deserción escolar en escenario de pandemia por Covid – 19 en la institución Educativa N°15, de Maicao, La Guajira, periodo 2020-2021 son alarmantes y se recomienda diseñar estrategias socioeducativas que busque reducir la deserción escolar, en escenarios de pandemia por el COVID – 19.This investigative work highlights the importance of an evolution in the face of school dropout, in pandemic conditions by COVID -19, in the Educational Institution No. 15, of Maicao, La Guajira, period 2020-2021, with the identification of the degree of school desertion, analyzing the educational impact, clearly determining the sociocultural conditions, to finally propose educational and social strategies through a mixed approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative, descriptive, with a non-experimental design, case study, field, transactional , through a number of students, parents and teachers through which the information collected was estimated and analyzed through the survey technique of an instrument called a 23-item questionnaire for students, a 24-item questionnaire for parents and a 18-item semi-structured interview for teachers.
