Incidencia de la administración del capital de trabajo en la toma de decisiones de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud del municipio de Riohacha, La Guajira

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Determinar la incidencia de la administración del capital de trabajo en la toma de decisiones de las IPS del D.E.T y C de Riohacha. Para ello se fundamentó en referentes teóricos como: Ortiz (2015), Besley y Brigham (2016), Gitman y Zutter (2012), Ross, Westerfield y Jordan (2018) Madroño (2016), Dumrauf (2010), Robbins y Coulter (2018), Benavides Peñada (2014), Koontz, Weihrich y Cannice (2012), Batteman y Snell (2009), Daft y Marci (2006), Amaya (2010) entre otros. Metodológicamente, la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo aplicada, explicativa y trasversal, con un diseño de campo no experimental. La población de estudio se constituyó por ochenta (80) IPS de carácter privada ubicadas en Riohacha, a cuyos directivos, administrativos y/o gerentes se les aplicó una encuesta de 32 items con cinco opciones de respuesta en escala Likert. La encuesta estuvo validada por cuatro expertos y la confiabilidad se determinó a partir del coeficiente de Alfa Cronbach con un resultado de 0,818 es decir, con muy alta confiabilidad. En conclusión, se determinó que las IPS realizan una administración de efectivo eficiente, la mayoría mantienen políticas de crédito adecuadas, se apalancan principalmente con proveedores sin embargo utilizan los préstamos bancarios y financiamientos con garantías y sus decisiones son mayormente de tipo programas, además las decisiones se toman por lo general en condiciones de riesgo.

The objective of this research is to decide the incidence of the administration of working capital in the decision-making of the IPS of the Special Tourist and Cultural District of Riohacha. For them it was based on theoretical references such as: Ortiz (2015), Besley and Brigham (2016), Gitman and Zutter (2012), Ross, Westerfield and Jordan (2018) Madroño (2016), Dumrauf (2010 Robbins and Coulter (2018), Benavides Peñada (2014), Koontz, Weihrich and Cannice (2012), Batteman and Snell (2009), Daft and Marci (2006), Amaya (2010) among others. Methodologically, the research has a quantitative approach, it is applied, explanatory and cross-sectional research, with a non-experimental and field design. The study population is obtained by eighty (80) IPS private in Riohacha, La Guajira, whose directors, administrators or managers respond to a 32-item survey with five response options on the Likert scale. The survey was validated by four experts and the reliability was determined from the Alpha Cronbach coefficient with a result of 0.818, that is, very high reliability. In conclusion, it was determined that IPS carry out efficient cash management, most of which have adequate credit policies and carry out portfolio monitoring and sometimes resort to collections with legal mechanisms, they are mainly leveraged with suppliers, however they use loans banking and financing with guarantees and their decisions are mostly of the program type, in addition to the grants, they are generally taken under risky conditions.
